He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Price, Sr. and Minnie Price; and his wife Rachael Price. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Vanessa Russell, Stephanie Hayward and Earvin Fields (Matilda); and his brother George E. Price, Jr.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
