She was predeceased by: her parents, Uriah Thomas Hitch and Ida Ellen Causey Hitch; her husband Richard W. Bowen, Sr.; her siblings, Lawrence, Carroll, Avery, James, Walter, Hazel Bennett and Florence McGrath; her nephews, Levin Bennett and Charles McGrath; and her niece Ethel Horseman.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Mark Bowen (Holly) and Richard W. Bowen, Jr. (Leslie); her granddaughters, Kristina A. Morton (Andrew), Lauren Hindman (Ben) and Natalie Crouse; her great grandchildren, Mabel, Parker Morton, Marley, Rowen Hindman and Sunny Crouse; and her nieces and nephews, Pauline Serman, Shirley Jackson (Bob), Brenda Williams (Charlie), Charlotte Blagus (Darryl), Jimmy Hitch (Melody), Johnnie Bennett, Larry Hitch (Luanne), Gary Hitch (Julie) and Milton Hitch.
