It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leah Catherine Powell of Salisbury, Maryland, born in North, Virginia, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel H. Jones and Vilolet Jones. She is survived by: her children, Wade Tyrone Powell, Lilton Powell (Linda) and Ida Powell Larmore.
With respect to COVID and everyone's safety, a walk though viewing will take place on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 10-11 AM at Rose of Sharon Pentecostal Church, 210 Poplar St., Fruitland, MD 21826 followed by a funeral service for close family and friends that will take place on Saturday at 11 AM at the church.
