He was predeceased by: his parent Hubert Fields; and his daughter April J. Fields. He is survived by: his parent Janice L. Dennis Fields; his brothers, Anthony R. Dennis (Lisa) and Carlos N. Fields; his nieces, Erin W. Dennis and Caira N. Fields; his nephew Brandon S. Dennis; and his grandchild Skylar Fields.
