He was predeceased by: his parent Randolph Polk. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Polk (Cottman); his wife Marion P. Polk; his children, Baron Polk (Vera) of Salisbury, MD and Aimee Handy (Bernardo) of Salisbury, MD; and his siblings, Shirley Kent, Eunice Long, Gwendolyn Dennis and Melville T. Polk. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law and a host of nieces and nephews.
