He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Taylor and Betty Taylor; his wife Jill Riggin Taylor; his children, Jennifer DeVage (Ryan) of Salisbury and Christopher Holland (Ashley) of Shad Point; his grandchildren, Josh, Hunter and Olivia; and his siblings, Tom Taylor of Darnestown and Noralynn Jones (Buck) of Siloam. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
