She was predeceased by: her parents, George Irving Leonard and Matilda E. Leonard; her husband William Carl Smith; her daughter Susan E. Pryor; and her son-in-law William T. Pryor.
She is survived by: her son Carl I. Smith (Bonnie) of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Tamara Leigh Tyler (Eric), Angela Rickards (Mark), Matthew J. Hearn, Michael W. Pryor and Matthew D. Pryor; and her great grandchildren, Megan, Andrew, Macy Rickards, Ashley, Evan Tyler, Zachary, Gavin Hearn and Hunter Pryor.
