With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julia Nelson Tankersley of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Crisfield, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Nelson and Laura Adams; and her brother Mark Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Carl Tankersley; her children, Carl Tankersley (Wendy), Lori Brewster (David) and Jeri Bozman (Robert); and her grandchildren, Kelsey Zagami (Ben), Riley Bozman, Sonya Brewster, Davidalan Brewster, Amber Kusina (Rob), Adam Tankersley (Rosanna), Abby Buecker (Matt) and Rob Bozman (Angela).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Coastal Hospice, PO Box 1703, Salisbury, MD 21802, in Julia's name.
