She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McGee and Elsie Marshall; her husband Arthur Legates; and her siblings, Charles, Dorothy, Constance, Virginia, Rueben and John.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Legates (Teresa) and Kevin Legates (Katherine); and her grandchildren, Christina, John, Becky, Ava and James. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
The family asks that contributions to the Alzheimer's Association be considered.
