He was predeceased by: his nephew Anthony M. Guzman Reinhold. He is survived by: his parents, Juan Guzman Rivera and Rosa Maria Otero Nieves; his fiancée Diana R. Harris; his siblings, Carlos A. Guzman (Angelique L. Guzman), Johanna Guzman and Yazmin Guzman; his children, Joshua D. Burton (Heather N. Burton), Brittany M. Falcone, Shawna M. Guzman, Juan J. Guzman Jr., Gabriel L. Guzman and Aledriana P. Guzman; and his stepdaughters, Haley R. Harris and Megan Reynolds. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
