He is survived by: his wife Cornell Turner; and his children, Joseph Turner (Dawn) of Wilmington, DE, Cornellius Turner, Kaile Turner (Marie) and Joanne Key of Cherry Hill, NJ.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; one brother-in law; two uncles'; one aunt and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
