He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Feliciano and Clotilde Arroyo; his wife Mellila Gonzalez; and his grandchildren, Brenda Pagan and Alex Arroyo-Flores.

He is survived by: his friend Mellila; his children, Felipe Arroyo (Wilma Flores) and Josephine M. Arroyo; and his grandchildren, William Pagan, Jose Pagan, Krystal Arroyo-Flores, Daniel Arroyo-Flores, Nayalee Roman and Karyme Arroyo-Flores.
