He was predeceased by: his parent William Churchfield; and his sister Debbie Churchfield. He is survived by: his parent Mary Churchfield; his wife Melissa Churchfield; his children, Ashlie Harikrishnan (Karun) of Malvern, PA, John Churchfield, Jr., Tanya Churchfield of Salisbury and Bill Churchfield of Duluth, Minn.; his grandchildren, Maximus, Cassius and Maya Harikrishnan; and his siblings, Rose Louden (Joe) of Lakeland, FL, Gail Ball (Tim) and Daniel Churchfield (Sandy) of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by father, husband, and grandfather who loved spending time with his family and friends.
