It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Diederik Den Bak (Salisbury, Maryland), who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Len (Miep) and Louis. He is survived by: his spouse Ria VanGeest; his children, Ed (Helen), Joanne (Brian Thiessen), Ron (Nancy), Mike (Vicky) and Doug (Michelle); his brother Ben (Aly); and his sister-in-law Margaret.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Beacon Christian School.
