He was predeceased by: his parent William Stinebaugh; his wife Nettie Lee Griffith Stinebaugh; his siblings, Harry Stinebaugh, William Stinebaugh and Lorraine Roil; and also Dorothy Eisenhower.
He is survived by: his parent Margaret Stinebaugh; his daughter Sharon Perdue (David) of Parsonsburg, MD; his grandson Douglas Price (Tammy) of Eden, MD; his great grandchildren, Madison Price and Emily Price; his siblings, Margaret Schafer and William Pfeifer; and his sister-in-law Mildred Stinebaugh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
