He was predeceased by: his mother Faith Beverly Davis Livingston; and his brother Troy Dean Livingston. He is survived by: his father John Alan Livingston Sr. (Kathy) of Delmar; his siblings, Cristy Layton (Mike Layton) of Delmar, MD and Russell Evans Livingston II (Tammy Livingston) of Deal Island, MD; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Livingston of Salisbury, Amber Livingston, Brittany, John Alan Livingston III of Delmar, Jason Layton, Angela Livingston of Salisbury, Jeremy Layton of Fruitland and Clarisse Young of Delmar; his foster sister Lisa Gannon of Newark, DE.; and his close friends, Debbie, Dale Donoway, Tim and Chris Horn of Laurel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dove Pointe, 1225 Mt. Hermon Rd., Salisbury MD.
