He is survived by: his brother Albert Robinson (Patricia) of Yonkers, NY; his children, Joe Robinson, Jr. (Ricky) of San Antonio, TX, Jay Robinson of Albuquerque, NM, Jeffrey Robinson (Marilyn) of Decatur, AL, Jared Robinson of Charlotte, NC and Jamie Robinson Jenkins (Montre) of Cambridge, MD; his stepdaughters, Valerie Tilghman of Baltimore, MD and Amy Tilghman Dennard of Princess Anne, MD; and his former wife Lorna D. Rock of Salisbury, MD.. He is also survived by other relatives including grandchildren, great-grand children and friends.
