We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2023, at the age of 82, Jerry Talmage Parks of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Chincoteague Island, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Malvena Parks Caleb; and his stepbrother William Caleb, Jr. (Jerry). He is survived by: his wife Rose Parks of Salisbury; his daughters, Teresa Shockley (Robert) of Salisbury, Vicki Davidson (Walter) of Salisbury, Susan Dennis of Delmar, MD, Tina Bilello (Eric) of Salisbury and Andrea Foraker (James) of Eastover, NC.; his grandchildren, Kaelin Dennis, Emilie Bilello and Zander Bilello; and his stepsister Joyce Leager. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
