She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy S. Merriken and Ellenor R. Olsen Merriken; her husband John W. Andrew, Sr.; and her siblings, Lyal and Marie (John).
She is survived by: her children, Karen Bell (Spicer), J. William, Jr. (Patti), Barb Brooks (Joe) and Ron (Barbara Sue).
