He was predeceased by: his father Michael Rebok. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Sanders; his wife Jennifer Rebok (Hanna); his friends, John, Roger and Eric; his sister Jackie Rebok (Joe Sanchez); his uncles, Dennis Rebok (Debbie Rebok), Larry Rebok (Gail Rebok) and Bernard Sanders; his parents-in-law, David Hanna, Margie Wolverton and Paul Wolverton; his siblings-in-law, Beth Hanna and David Hanna II (Stephanie Hanna); his goddaughter Ruby Debaca; and his nieces and nephews, Lily Sanchez, Leah Hanna, Elijah Hanna, Simon Hanna, Asher Hanna and Eden Hanna.
In lieu of flowers, the family is gratefully accepting donations at Hebron Savings Bank to continue Jacob Rebok's Catholic school education, which has been so important to Jason.
