She is survived by: her father Charles Henry Williams; her husband Timmy Spence; her children, Ashley and Derell Cottman; her siblings, Diane Atkins (Alex), Patricia Butler (James), Ruby Brown, Faye Bivens, Carla Blake (Odell), Daryl Carter, Lawrence Carter and Johnnie Carter (Anne); her close friends, Regina Moye and Candie Polk; and her cousin Stephanie Harris. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
