With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Michael Packett of Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on March 27, 2023 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jack Packett. He is survived by: his parents, Wendy Smith and Gary Smith; his close friend Kayla Harbach; his siblings, SGT Cody Smith (Kerestin), Dominic Smith, Hannah Smith and Heather Renken (Alex); his nephew Eli Smith; his niece Salem Renken; his grandmother Judy Packett; his godparents, Tracy and Brian Aker; his grandparents, Dianne and Larry Smith; and also, Violet M. Packett and Delilah R. Packett. He is also survived by his in-laws, extended family and many friends.
