She is survived by: her husband David Wilbur Smith; her daughter Diana Mitchell Taylor (Russell) of Selbyville, DE; her grandchildren, Karen Hughes (Todd) of Smyrna, DE, Ronald, Jr. Mitchell (Marsha) of Philadelphia, PA, Michelle Vance (Quonta) of Aberdeen, MD and David Mitchell, Sr. (Shana) of Berlin, MD; her son Albin Handy (Regina); her siblings, Mildred Briddell, Ionia Davis and Monroe Handy; her daughter-in-law Peggy Mitchell; and her sister-in-law Mildred Handy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
