It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Lee Boltz (Salisbury, Maryland), born in Hebron, Maryland, who passed away on December 12, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent William "Buck"; and her siblings, Doris Parker (Jackie) and Robert "Bobby" Phippin. She is survived by: her parent Sarah Phippin; her husband Jack M. Boltz, Jr. of Salisbury; her son Dwayne Scott Boltz (Tammy) of Salisbury; her granddaughters, Amanda Boltz and Jessica Boltz; her great grandchildren, Jace Tindley and Jade Lee-Ann Ellis; and her sister-in-law Doris Phippin of Hebron. She is also survived by caregiver sent from God, Sherry Bradley of Princess Anne; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Woman Supporting Woman and or Coastal Hospice.
