She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard, Sr. Carr-James and Addie Carr-James; her husband Milton J. Mack; and her siblings, Leonard, Jr., Harland, Samuel, Sr., Elwood James, Oretta Poore, Virginia Hitch and Mary James.
She is survived by: her nephews, Charles, Howard, Samuel, Jr. and Riley James; and her niece Joni Kindell. She is also survived by other nephews, nieces, cousins other relatives and friends.
