He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Thomas Clark, Sr. and Virginia Pearl Livingston Clark. He is survived by: his brother Michael Louis Clark; his fiancée Vicki Adkins; his uncle David L. Livingston (Chris); his close friend James "Jimmy" Johnson; and also Colton.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Harry's honor to the Wicomico Co. Humane Society.
