He is survived by: his wife Linda Lubbers; his daughter Heather Zahory (Ahmad); his granddaughter Nessa Ann; his son Stephen Carpenter; his brothers, Larry Lubbers (Louise) and Ed Lubbers (Phyllis); his brothers-in-law, Mike King and Brian King (Debbie); his nephew Joseph Edward Lubbers; his niece Chloe Hartland; and his great-niece Elizabeth Lubbers.
