He is survived by: his parent Henrietta Messick Bowen; his wife Beverly Sturgis Bowen of Salisbury; his children, Kimberly Bowen Brodell (Chuck) of Salisbury, Donald Neil Bowen of Parsonsburg and David Wesley Bowen of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Amanda Jones, Zachary Jones and Victoria Grundman; his great grandchildren, Gavin Perry and Max Helkowski; and his siblings, Charles Bowen (Judy) of Salisbury, Richard Bowen (Jessie) of Parsonsburg and Betty Bowen Hicks (Don) of Fruitland, MD..
