He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cross Sr. and Jeanette Cross (Beall); his wife Patricia Cross (Engle); his daughter Pamela Ann Bond; and his sisters, Jane Cross and Eleanor Cross.

He is survived by: his children, Michelle Malin (Gregg) and Brian D. Cross. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
