She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Ruark and Dorothy Hill Ruark; and her husband Robert "Bob" Welsh. She is survived by: her children, Rob Welsh, Randy Welsh (Patti) and Amy Welsh Poso (Tober Hensley); and her friends, Niki, Sharon, Bev, Terri and Bonnie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
