He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Ruark and Margaret A. Ruark (Williams); and his sisters, Doris M. Carey and Helen V. Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Leanne Denise Ruark; and his brother James F. Ruark, Jr. of Mardela Springs.
