He was predeceased by: his mother Mary J. Kelly; his stepfather Donald "Pete" Kelly; his aunts and uncles, Russell Foskey, Joseph Foskey (Peanut), Ronnie Foskey, Naddah Gordy (Bill), Nancy Franklin-Miller, JoAnne Foskey and Donna Kelley; and his cousins, Billy Gordy, Jr. and Brenda Rodman.
He is survived by: his father Gary L. Foskey, Sr.; his stepmother Sharon; his son Skyler T. Foskey; his stepson Jadan C. Seigler; his sister Debbie Scarborough (James); his nieces and nephews, Madison, Rylee, Cory, Conner, Stacey Widgeon (Jarrett), Ashlynn and Cassidy; his aunts, Lorraine, Joann Frazier and Wendy Wright (Jimmy Wright); his uncle Gilbert Pusey; and his cousins, Dawn Kromer, Renee Phippin, Sam Miller and Wendy Johnson.
