He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Mariela; his parents, Ruth A. Cornelius and Delmas A. Cornelius; his sister Shirley; his niece Carmen; and his former wife Lura Cornelius.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cornelius; his siblings, Barbara, Kathy (Lonnie), Sandra (Wilson), Charles (Audrey), Bruce (Peggy) and Richard (Linda); and his children, Wally (Amy), Bucky (Angela), Melanie, Ricky and Kaila (Jobi). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and great nephews.
