Hall and Annie Baines Hall; his siblings, Wilbert Hall (Doris), Carol Hall, George Hall (Eva), John Hall (Shirley), Sylvester, Sr. Hall (Shirley), Edward, Sr. Hall (Oliphian), Mabel Fletcher (Samuel, Sr.), Jeanette Davis (Frank), Ethel Scarborough, Beatrice Douglas (James), Corine Hall, Vadelia Christian (Leon), Ethel Turner (Richard), Alvin Smith and Maria Hall; his pet DJ; and his close friend Victor.
He is survived by: his niece Sandra; his siblings, Christine Smith of Brooklyn, NY and Donald Hall of Tacoma, WA; his caregivers, Sandra Fletcher and Naliyah Miller of Oak Hall, VA; his godchildren, Frederick J. Hall II (Ocean City, MD), Cornelius W. Fletcher II of Manhattan, NY, Athena Alsobrook II of East Orange, NJ and Nikki Torrain; his sister-in-law Pauline Hall of Withams, VA; and his pet Pepper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and his service companion.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bennie Smith Life Celebration Center (901 W Isabella St, Salisbury, MD 21801). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
