With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Stevenson Smith of Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on January 24, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Stevenson Smith Sr. of Vernon, MD and Nellie Blye Garrison Smith of Clara, MD.. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Smith of Salisbury; his children, Ashlee (Clark Cordell), Adrian (Nathaniel Williams) and Aigner Smith; his grandchildren, Jaedan Williams, Carmen Cordell, Ariyah Cordell, Christian Williams, Chloe Cordell, Ada Smith, Carys Cordell, Chase Williams and Aubree Williams; and his siblings, Patricia Bess and Darryl Smith. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Note: Howell & Jolley Memorial Chapel, P. A. will comply with the COVID-19 rules regarding masks and safe social distancing. Therefore, anyone attending the viewing and/or funeral services must wear a mask.
