He is survived by: his children, Margaret and Kelsey Locotos (Andrew) of Crofton, MD; his granddaughter Margaret Locotos; his cousin Jeanne Marvel of Haddonfield, NJ; and also Frank Hopkins Fields. He is also survived by her children and grandchildren; and the many lifelong friends.
