She was predeceased by: her parents, Willey Burton Watkins and Emma Thomas Watkins; her sisters, Edithe Elaine Horsman of Salisbury and Bernice Horsman of Berlin; and her niece Lynn Irwin of Laurel, DE..
She is survived by: her niece Susan E Farlow (Ted) of Pittsville; her nephew Craig Horsman of Snow Hill; her great-nephews, Tad Farlow (Roseanne) of Pittsville, Michael Farlow (Michelle) of Snow Hill and John T Irwin (Tiffany) of Laurel, DE; and also, Rayne R Farlow and Ruby M Farlow.
Due to the Covid-19 virus, memorial services will be private.
