She was predeceased by: her parent Ralph Wilson; her husband Norman Richard Wilkerson, Jr.; and her siblings, Barbara McDonald, Beverly Hallock and John Marshall Wilson.
She is survived by: her parent Bernice Wilson; her children, Michael Wilkerson (Sherry) of Lusby, Dennis Wilkerson of Lusby and Mari Muirhead (Alfie) of Lusby; her granddaughter Heather Young (Steve) of Richmond; and her great grandchildren, Jayla Wallace of Richmond and Daelan Wallace of Richmond. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
