He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Henry Lewis, Sr. and Irene Elliott Lewis; his wife Patricia Ann Parks Lewis; and his sister Mabel Lewis Betts. He is survived by: his son Steven Mark Lewis of Salisbury; his daughter-in-law Carrie Lewis; his grandsons, Tyler of Salisbury and Cody Lewis of Salisbury; and his sister Elsie Lewis of New York. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
