He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Franks and Roberta Franks (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Robin; his children, Ricky Franks and Erica Wade (Taylor); his grandchildren, Walker Wade and Isabella Wade; and his siblings, Bob Franks (Susan), Randy Franks (Cindy), Liese Clift (Bill) and Candy Starstrom (Greg). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
