She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Kondziola; and her grandson Adam Kondziola. She is survived by: her children, Leo Kondziola (Patricia), Irene Ann Rains, Ola Meadowcroft (Steve) and Myron Kondziola (Karen); her grandchildren, Sherrie Bauer (Jeff), Shannon Rains and Spencer Rains (Lisa); her stepgrandchildren, Sheri Schumeyer (Rick), Todd Stephens (Laura) and Keith Stephens; and her daughters, Gayle Miller (Tom), Lynda Hylton and Hennessey (Tom). She is also survived by great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
