She is survived by: her godchildren, Kevin, Jennifer, Jeanne, Evonne, Evette, Tony, Evalina and Edward "Rock"; her nieces and nephews, Esther Blocker, Eileen Hicks (Sedrick), Juanita Jacobs, Ruth Fullard (Herman), Diane Thornton (Christopher), Dorothy Robinson (Richard), Winifred Johnson, Ella Matthews, Sadie Waters (Stanley), Sophia Simpson, Jackie Simpson, Peggy Mitchell, Annette Breazeale, Darnell Simpson and Dwight Harmon (Gwen); her sister-in-law Edith Simpson; her cousins, Bertha Tann and Raymond "Pete" Johnson; and her caregivers, Janet Molock, Lovie Clark, Juanita Pruitt and Katrina Holden.
