She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathijs Jozef Kloppert and Marie Kloppert-Maas; and her husband Eduard Victor Spits. She is survived by: her sister Jeanne Nipperus (Frans); her children, Robert Spits (Charlene) and Anne Spits; her grandchildren, Sean Spits, Lauren Spits, Rachel Spits, Mark Spits, Eric Spits, Cayla Spits and Robbie Spits; her great grandchildren, Brixlee and Micah Sommers; and her extended family, Colin Campbell, Natalie Pedigo and Bobby Sommers.
