He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood James Trader and Dolores Pearl Charnick; and his close friend Frank Herzins. He is survived by: his nephew Edwin J. Trader (Lord); his wife Sylvia S. Trader; his siblings, Elwood J. Trader and Lois Harris; and his brothers-in-law, Ray Cunningham and Clifford L. Sherlock. He is also survived by her sons, daughters and family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Parkway Church of God, 600 Edison Street, Salisbury, MD 21801.
