He was predeceased by: his parents, Uriah Thomas Hitch and Ida Ellen Causey Hitch; his wife Joyce; and his siblings, Florence McGrath, Hazel Bennett, Carroll, Avery, Lawrence and James Hitch.
He is survived by: his children, Wilson Lee Davis, Brenda (Charlie Williams), Larry (Luanne Hitch), Charlotte (Darryl Blagus) and Milton Hitch; his sister Lena; his grandchildren, Heather Barton, Jason (Heather Williams), Larry Hitch, Jr., Matthew Hitch, Gabe (Katie Blagus), Megan Blagus, Sara (Ben Yoder) and Zachary (Erica Hitch); and his stepgranddaughter Lynne Leidy. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
