He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Skipper and Emma Jane Duvall, Sr. (Weakly); and his brother Roy C. Duvall. He is survived by: his sisters, Ann Edwards (Dan) of Bridgeville, DE and Cynthia Hess of New Oxford, PA; his nieces, Laura, Cherie, Katie and Becky; his nephew Tim; and his great-niece Caroline.
