He was predeceased by: his former wife Jean Powell Stephens; and his stepson Dr. James McGrath. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Twilley Stephens; his daughter Anne Stephens (Frank Heger); his stepsons, Dr. Charles H. Twilley (Marida) and Donald M. Twilley (Wendy); and his stepgrandchildren, Christian, Kate, Lexi and Drew.
