She is survived by: her husband Otis Strozier; her daughter Joan Peters LaRue (Donnie) of Princess Anne, MD; her grandchildren, Jowan Whitfield of Salisbury, MD, Dawn White (Lemuel, II) of Princess Anne, MD, Lemuel, III, Julius and Giovanna; and her sister Minnie Cuff (Thomas) of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
