She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Adams, Sr.; her parents, Grover Ruark and Emma Ruark; her sister Linda Jones; and her brothers-in-law, John Culver and Ronald Parsons.
She is survived by: her son Franklin Adams Jr. (Claudine); her grandsons, Logan and Chandler; her sisters, Barbara Culver and Betty Parsons; and her brother-in-law Julius Jones.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Renovate Church (800 E East St, Delmar, MD 21875). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Dottie's life was a tapestry of enduring relationships and heartfelt contributions to the lives she touched.
