She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Robb and Marceau Parmentier; her husband Jack; and her brothers, Edgar Parmentier and James Stockdale.
She is survived by: her stepfather Fred Stockdale; her son John Keith Howes; her daughter-in-law Janice Howes of Woodbridge, VA; her daughter Rebecca H. Allen; her sons-in-law, Robert Allen (Susan H. Conrad) of Salisbury and John Conrad of Lagrangeville, NY; her grandchildren, Erick Tompkins (Jennifer) of Kearneysville, WV, Joseph Tompkins (Stacey) of Woodbridge, VA, Marc Howes (Katie) of Manassas, VA, Nicholas Allen (Marisa) of Arlington, VA and Jordan Allen (Justin Hemmel) of Salisbury, MD; and her great grandchildren, Alissa, Eli, Sara, Abbi, Grayson, Price, Nathan, Alex, Zach, Lucas and Olivia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
